We will always come across applications which set themselves to launch automatically at Windows startup, without asking for permission, even if those applications don't serve an important purpose. Anxron KeepUp lets you control which applications may or may not start automatically. Programs that start automatically for no practical reason are just a waste of resources, so disabling their auto-start function will reduce the memory usage and it will also reduce the system's boot time.

The software is free to try, with some limitations. It comes in a small package and it can be installed in under a minute. You can use this software on any popular Windows version, without needing to install any kind of prerequisite tools. Also, the hardware requirements are modest, so you can run it even on older computers.

Anxron KeepUp gives you control over all items in the Startup Folder, Windows Registry and Services. They are listed on a clean and simple user interface, on a separate tab. You can also find an information tab, which displays the total number of items in the Startup Folder, Windows Registry and Services.

When you select a listed item, a few details will appear beneath the list, like its name, type, path and others. Furthermore, you can find options for opening its location in Windows Explorer, deleting it or adding a new item, on the lower edge of the window. All tabs on the software's interface are presented in a similar manner, except for a few minor differences. For example, instead of New, Open and Delete options, the Windows Services tab provides Start and Stop controls, for the listed services.
